Gumrot Workshop – Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy (UK)

Every piece that leaves the halls of Gumrot Workshop is forged with care, imagination, and a touch of mischief. We hope your new creation brings a spark of magic to your realm.
However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ll make it right again.

Returning Your Artifact

You have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives at your door to return it for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for return:

 

    • The item must be in its original, unenchanted state — unused, undamaged, and unaltered.

    • It should be returned in the original packaging, safely cocooned in its protective wrappings.

    • Please include your proof of purchase (your order confirmation scroll or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Some creations are bound by magic and cannot be returned unless faulty:

Any piece that has been used in ritual, displayed, or altered after delivery.

Damaged or Mistaken Deliveries

If your treasure arrives damaged or not as described, send word to us within 48 hours at twebb@gumrotworkshop.com, with clear images of the piece and its packaging.
We’ll conjure a swift solution — whether that means a repair, replacement, or full refund — and cover any return postage if the fault is ours.

Return Shipping

 

    • For change-of-heart returns: You are responsible for the return postage and must ensure your artifact is protected for the journey.

    • For faulty or incorrect items: Gumrot Workshop will cover the return shipping and arrange collection if needed.

Refunds & Cancellations

Once your returned piece reaches our workshop and passes inspection, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Original delivery costs are only refunded for faulty or incorrect orders.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your item.
